Welcome to Daring Self-Compassion, a school created for ageless and bravehearted women. 

The Self-Compassionate Way

This free course is for ageless, courageous, and creative women that want to increase their quality of life with self-kindness, mindfulness, and a sense of belonging. Exercises and worksheets incorporate themes of life coaching, yoga practice, the work of Kristen Neff and Brené Brown.

There are three modules within this course:

Module 1: Get Out of Your Head

Let's explore the self-talk, assumptions, interpretations and limited beliefs that stop us from moving on.

Module 2: Lean Into Your Heart and Find Your Yoga

You will be ready to move toward your heart's desire as we learn three parts of self-compassion, and what they mean for your mind, body, and spirit.

Module 3: Move On To Your BIG Adventure

We are all in this together and never alone. Learn here about the secrets of the self-compassionate and how changing yourself changes your world.
