Two hours of private yoga instruction for your group of one, two, or three people is available in my private studio in Beloit, Wisconsin.

Gentle Yoga: Monday & Wednesday, 10:30 - 11:45 am
GENTLE YOGA is a slow paced class that includes an equal blend of warm-ups, postures, breath technique, meditation, and deep relaxation. The focus of this practice encourages students to seek balance and ease, on and off the mat.
Compasivo Yoga: Saturday, 10:30 - 11:45 am
COMPASIVO YOGA (Compassion Yoga) focuses on the elements of self-compassion in practice. The combination of gentle, restorative, and Yin poses let the muscles, connective tissues, and the mind relax. The conclusion of the class is guided meditation.
Mindful Yin: Sunday, 10:30 - 11:45 am
This gentle practice helps to cultivate awareness of inner silence and stillness. Yin yoga poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body with the aim of increasing circulation and improving flexibility.
